Build a little heat with a gentle & interesting flow, and then settle into a yin pose that will be held anywhere from 1-4 minutes. Repeat.
This varied class has both yin and yang components. Tendons, ligaments & fascia are the primary beneficiaries in yin poses while the more mobile and pliable muscles and blood are affected in our yang flows.

This particular class series will run through December on Saturday mornings.
